Care is the plan that powers live tracking: the tracker’s connection, live location, safe zones, activity and sound and light. One plan covers all the trackers in your order, and you can cancel any time.
How long does the battery last?
Up to four weeks on one charge, depending on how often it updates. You can see the battery level in the app any time.
Does it work for cats?
Yes. Wandr is for dogs and cats, and the app talks about outings rather than walks for a cat.
Can I order for more than one pet?
Yes, up to six trackers in one order. You pick a colour for each pet, each gets a free PawTag, and one Care plan covers them all.
Why is there a PawTag in the box?
So whoever finds your pet can scan it with their phone camera and reach you, even if the tracker’s battery is flat. They don’t need the app.
Do I need the app?
