When you mark your pet as lost, an alert is sent to Supernormal users, local vets, and registered kennels within a 5 mile radius of the last known location.
This creates a local safety net of people and places most likely to come across your pet, helping spread awareness quickly without relying on social media or chance sightings.
Alerts include your pet’s photo and key details, so nearby helpers know exactly who to look out for. If someone spots your pet or scans the tag, you’re notified instantly.
It’s a focused, community-powered approach designed to get more eyes on the ground, faster.
How it works
Report
If your pet ever goes missing, head to your pet portal page, and on the dashboard tab, mark your pet as lost.
Location
Enter a zip/postcode or select on the map the last known location of your pet. Our map feature will allow you to be very specific with your selection.
Alert
Alerts will go out to our community, vets and kennels within a 5-mile radius. It's very common for our community to come together to help.
