What is GPS QR tracking?
Our tags use QR-activated GPS alerts to help you locate your pet quickly and accurately.
When someone scans your pet’s QR tag, their phone captures the GPS coordinates of the scan location and instantly sends you an alert. You’ll receive a notification with the exact location on a map, so you know where your pet was found. This means no batteries to charge. Location is only shared at the moment the tag is scanned.
The QR profile also displays your pet’s details and contact information, making it easy for whoever finds them to get in touch while you receive the GPS location alert at the same time.
How pets are reunited with their owners

When someone scans the tag, your pet’s location is shared, and their profile opens instantly. They can contact you right away, no app required.
Pet Profile
The pet profile displays any contact information for an unlimited number of contacts as you'd like, as well as other important information about your pet, e.g. temperament.
Reunited
We have a 98.6% reunited rate through Supernormal because contact is made easy. 90% of pets are reunited within the first 2 hours of going missing.
GPS Location
When a tag is scanned, the GPS coordinates are captured at the exact point of the scan, not an estimated area.
In most cases, the location is accurate to within a few feet. This means you’re shown where your pet was found with a high level of precision, often down to the exact spot in a park, street, or open space.
The coordinates are sent to you instantly and can be opened in any maps app on your phone, including Google Maps or Apple Maps. From there, you can get turn-by-turn directions straight to the scan location.
