Order your free tag. Set up their profile while it's in the post.
Photo, name, who to call if they're found, and anything a stranger should know - allergies, medication, “nervous of loud noises”. Two minutes in the Supernormal app, or on the web if you'd rather.
This is the page a finder will see. Add a partner, parent or sitter and they can be reached too.

If they get out, the tag tells the finder what to do
The collar says “I'm lost - scan me”. Any phone camera opens their profile. Nothing to download, nothing to type in.
-
They tap once. You get a text with the exact location.
The finder shares where they are and can call you straight from the page - they only see the contacts you chose to show. At the same time, nearby Supernormal users, vets and kennels are alerted.

They're home

Frequently asked questions
What is a Supernormal tag?
A tag for their collar with a QR code on it. Anyone who finds your pet scans it with their phone camera and sees their profile and how to reach you. No app, no battery, nothing to charge.
How do the location alerts work?
When someone scans the QR code on your pet's tag, they can share their exact location from their phone. You get a text straight away with a map link and the coordinates. The tag itself has no GPS or battery - the location comes from the finder's phone, so it never needs charging.
Is the tag safe?
Our tag is crafted with your pet’s safety in mind. It contains no batteries or electronic components, making it completely safe for your pet to wear. We built our tag from a metal core, which means that not only is it light, it is also snap-resistant.
How much does it cost?
The tag itself is free. There is a small delivery cost, depending on where you live, and orders placed before 3pm on a weekday are dispatched the same day.
Every order starts with 14 days of Care free. Care adds scan alerts with location, a ready-made lost-pet poster, health records and AI vet and trainer support. After the trial it's £4.99 a month, or £3.42 a month billed annually, for one pet. Extra pets are £1 a month each up to five, and every pet after the fifth is free. Cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing.
Does it work for multiple pets?
If you want to protect multiple pets with Supernormal, you can conveniently manage all your tags under one account. Just order the tags you need and follow the simple setup instructions for each pet.
How do I set it up?
Scan the tag with your phone camera, create an account, and you're all set up. No app needed. We made the setup that streamlined, and we think your pet might actually be able to complete this with a few taps.
Can I cancel Care?
Yes, in one tap, at any time. Cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing. Your tag keeps working for life: anyone who scans it still sees your pet's profile and your contact details. Without Care you won't get location alerts, scan history, health records or the AI vet and trainer.
How does the free 14-day Care trial work?
You pay nothing today beyond delivery. Your 14 days begin when you place your order.
On day 12 we email you a reminder. On day 14 Care starts unless you have cancelled, which takes one tap in your account. Cancel during the trial and you are charged nothing at all.
