In their own words

A little reassurance.
From people like you.

I honestly did not think I would ever see my dog again. He escaped and took himself off for a walk. Someone scanned his tag later that evening, and I got the message straight away. Having him back home safe was the biggest relief. Supernormal gave me peace of mind I did not know I needed.

Such a great idea and really happy we used it as our Barney (3 year old spaniel) went missing. So unusual for him. Got him back 20 minutes later, a neighbor a couple of blocks over found him. Glad we have it as it was sunday night!!

Oliver JSupernormal pet parent

My dog never really goes far from my side but he can get spooked by loud noises. Knowing that someone can scan his tag and reach me instantly gives me so much comfort. It feels like a simple idea done really well.

Amelia HartSupernormal pet parent

My cat went missing for almost a full day and I was beside myself. Thanks to Supernormal, a kind neighbour scanned her tag and contacted me within minutes. I cannot explain the relief I felt holding her again. This has completely changed how safe I feel as a pet parent.

I love how easy this is to use. No complicated setup and no stress. It feels personal and reassuring, especially when you are out walking and want that extra bit of safety for your pet.

Sophie TurnerSupernormal pet parent

I did not realise how much peace of mind this would give me until I started using it. Knowing my dog is easier to get back to me if anything ever happens just lifts a weight off my shoulders. It feels thoughtful, reassuring, and genuinely made with pet owners in mind.

A few things worth knowing

Small tag.
Big questions?

We like to keep things simple.
Here’s what you need to know.

Is PawTag a GPS tracker?

No. PawTag is a smart QR ID tag, with no battery or GPS hardware. When someone scans it, they can share their phone’s location. Care members receive scan-location alerts; PawTag does not provide continuous live tracking.

Does the person who finds my pet need an app?

No app is needed. They simply open their phone camera, scan the QR code and access your pet’s profile and contact information.

What’s free, and what does Care cost?

Your PawTag is £0 plus delivery. Your pet profile and contact details stay free. The offer includes one month of Supernormal Care free, then £4.99/month unless cancelled. Care adds features such as scan-location alerts and health tools.

What happens if I cancel Care?

Your tag still works. Your pet’s profile and contact details remain available, so a finder can still get in touch. The additional Care features stop when your subscription ends.

Can I use it for a cat?

Yes. PawTag is designed for dogs and cats. Attach it securely to your pet’s collar and keep their profile up to date.
