What is the Supernormal PawTag?
Pawtag is an intelligent identification solution for pets, linking them to a detailed online profile via a scannable qr code. this profile displays the owner’s contact information to the finder, allowing for instant notification of the pet’s location.
How does the tag work?
Pawtag links to a digital profile with all the essential information needed to locate your lost pet. Each tag has a unique QR code specific to your pet. When scanned, the profile is instantly accessed. No app required. The finder can notify you of your pet’s location and contact you using the provided information.
Are tags waterproof?
Certainly! Our tags are crafted from durable, weatherproof aluminium, ensuring they are completely waterproof and ready for any adventure.
Do the tags fade?
They do not. All our tags are coated with a plastic shell so they will not fade, even after years and years of use.
Are the tags safe?
Our tag is crafted with your pet’s safety in mind. It contains no batteries or electronic components, making it completely safe for your pet to wear.
Which pets can use our tag?
Our tag is perfect for any pet that wears a collar, providing a reliable way to keep them identified.

How can I update my pet’s profile?
Pet owners have access to an easy-to-use dashboard, allowing them to update their pet’s details anytime, anywhere.
How do the GPS alerts work?
If someone scans the QR code on your pet tag, they are able to share an exact GPS location, which will send the map link and coordinates to your phone number via text immediately.

What is the refund policy?
We offer a full refund on all of our tags that are returned in their original condition. You can see our returns policy here.
How much does shipping cost?
For standard delivery, we charge £2.99. Or enjoy the convenience of next-day delivery from £3.99 on orders placed before 4pm on weekdays.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 4pm on weekdays are scheduled for next-day delivery. Orders placed after this time or on weekends may experience a slight delay.
Where do you deliver?
We are delighted to offer global shipping, extending our reach to customers around the world.

How do I login or create an account?

I forgot my account password
You can reset your password. Simply head over to the login page, type in the email address you used to sign up, and we’ll send you an email to reset it.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes absolutely. You can pause or cancel at any time. No questions asked.
Our subscriptions are very flexible, and can be turned off and on wheneve you please.
What is the cancellation policy?
Subscription & Cancellation Terms
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Access to services will continue until the end of the paid term and will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
To manage cancellations or billing preferences, please contact info@pawtag.com. Requests must be submitted in writing from the email address associated with your account.
We request that you return your tag on cancellation.
Free PawTag Promotion Terms
Customers participating in the Free PawTag promotion agree to a minimum three month subscription commitment.
Cancellations are not permitted during the initial three month term. The full subscription fee for the three month period is due and payable regardless of early cancellation or non use of the service.
By activating a promotional tag, you expressly agree to these terms.
PawTag reserves the right to recover the cost of the tag and shipping if the minimum term is not honoured.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined as follows:
• If a cancellation request is received before the next billing date, no further charges will be applied.
• If a cancellation request is received after a billing date, the current billing charge is non refundable.
Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@pawtag.com.
Returned items must be received before any refund is issued. PawTag reserves the right to inspect returned items and refuse refunds if items are damaged, altered, or not returned.
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions include a 14-day cooling-off period from the initial purchase date. During this period, customers may request a full refund, provided the tag is returned in good condition.
After 14 days, refunds are issued on a pro rata basis at PawTag’s discretion.
Tags must be returned before any refund is processed.
Termination
PawTag reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services at its sole discretion if:
• These terms are breached
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Continued use poses reputational, legal, or operational risk
Termination may occur without prior notice. In such cases, refund eligibility will be determined at PawTag’s sole discretion.
After Cancellation or Termination
Upon cancellation or termination:
• You must immediately cease use of the service
• If no refund is due, access will continue only until the end of the paid billing period
• Any outstanding amounts remain payable
How do I cancel my subscription?
We first require a return of the tags to process the cancellation. Once it is returned, please visit your plan page in your account to cancel.
