Common questions

Do I need to download an app?

No. Supernormal is web based, so you sign in through your browser on any phone, tablet or computer. There is nothing to install.

I had a PawTag account. Does it still work?

Yes. PawTag is part of Supernormal, and your existing login still works. Sign in with the same email address you used before.

I've just received my tag. What do I do first?

Scan the tag with your phone camera, then create your account or sign in. Our setup guide walks through each step.

I can't sign in.
