What is a Supernormal tag?
Our tag is an intelligent identification solution for pets, linking them to a detailed online profile via a scannable qr code. This profile displays the owner’s contact information to the finder, allowing for instant notification of the pet’s location.
How do the GPS alerts work?
If someone scans the qr code on your pet tag, they are able to share an exact GPS location, which will send the map link and coordinates to your phone number via text immediately.
Is the tag safe?
Our tag is crafted with your pet’s safety in mind. It contains no batteries or electronic components, making it completely safe for your pet to wear. We built our tag from a metal core, which means that not only is it light, it is also snap-resistant.
How much does it cost?
The tag itself is free. There is a small delivery cost, depending on where you live, and orders placed before 3pm on a weekday are dispatched the same day.
Your pet's profile, your contacts on the tag and lost mode are free for life on every pet. Care is the optional layer on top — scan alerts with location, a ready-made lost-pet poster, health records and AI vet and trainer support — and it is £3.42 a month billed annually, or £4.99 monthly, for one pet. Extra pets are £1 a month each up to five, and every pet after the fifth is free.
Does it work for multiple pets?
If you want to protect multiple pets with Supernormal, you can conveniently manage all your tags under one account. Just order the tags you need and follow the simple setup instructions for each pet.
How do I set it up?
Scan the tag with your phone camera, create an account, and you're all set up. No app needed. We made the setup that streamlined, and we think your pet might actually be able to complete this with a few taps.
Do I have to pay for Care?
No. Your smart QR tag works for life once activated, with your contacts and lost mode free on every pet — there is no mandatory subscription and nothing expires.
Care is optional. It adds the instant scan alert with location, a ready-made lost-pet poster, full scan history, health records and AI vet and trainer support. Your first 7 days are free, it starts when you activate the tag rather than when you order, and you can cancel in one tap before it renews.
How does the free 7-day Care trial work?
You pay nothing today beyond delivery. The 7 days begin the moment you scan your tag and set up your pet's profile, so the trial is not eaten up by shipping.
On day 5 we email you a reminder. On day 7 Care starts unless you have cancelled, which takes one tap in your account. Cancel during the trial and you are charged nothing at all.
